Alam Semulajadi Sdn Bhd had been in the waterproofing industry
for past 10 years. The company is the official applicator for EP
Borneo Sdn. Bhd. but now using the new technology of
penetrating the chemical into the slab to seal off the gaps by
coordinating with Uromix Industries Sdn Bhd.
The waterproofing system is the latest technology of ‘ Nano’ where the molecule of the chemical that is very Minute/fine that can penetrate into small gaps and seal the gaps. This technology doesn’t involved in dismantling all the floor tiles but just a few pieces of tiles, where treatment can be done at the surface of the tiles.

successfully done on many jobs that involves structure cracks.

Work Force
The company is operated by Augustine Tan with 8 trained
workers. The projects undertaken are mostly in Ipoh, Cameron
Highlands and Kuala Lumpur. The organization is a small set-up
where the workers have been trained and been working in the
company since it commence business. All workers have been
trained for the past 6 years on the application of all kind of
chemicals.
